Dr.Umer is a doctor par excellence is practising as a Dental Surgeon since 1983. His vision to fulfill the need for specialized dental care and treatment resulted in the establishment of Dr.Umer’s dental clinic, Al-Shifas Dental Clinic in Kottakkal in 1990.

Being a professor in the university, Dr.Umer is well versed in the techniques involved in dentistry and related sciences. Dr.Umer has been actively involved in promoting Dental Tourism in the state being associated with the Confederation of Indian Industry and Department of Tourism.
